Atlas Logica AI is an institutional software platform and intelligent routing layer. We are not a custodian of funds. All settlement is executed by licensed third-party providers.
§ 01
Atlas Logica AI (“the Platform”) is a software-as-a-service product providing automated quoting, optimisation and intelligent routing of cross-border B2B payment instructions. The Platform itself does not hold, custody, or settle client funds. It does not constitute an e-money issuer, payment institution, money transmitter, broker, or authorised deposit-taker in any jurisdiction. References to “sending”, “transferring”, or “settlement” describe instructions relayed to licensed third-party providers, not actions taken by Atlas Logica AI directly.
§ 02
Execution of every payment instruction is performed by independent, duly-licensed third-party providers — including, without limitation, authorised electronic money institutions, regulated stablecoin issuers, and licensed local payout partners enumerated in our network sheet (disclosed to institutional counterparties under NDA). Funds move on the books of those providers under their own terms, consumer-protection schemes, and regulatory regimes. The Client acknowledges that any failure, insolvency, or operational disruption at a third-party provider is governed by that provider’s contract with the Client (or with Atlas Logica AI as agent), and that the Platform’s liability for such events is limited as set out in §05.
§ 03
Nothing on the Platform — including pricing displays, corridor recommendations, optimisation outputs, or AI-generated commentary — constitutes investment, tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory advice. All routing suggestions are produced algorithmically against real-time liquidity data and historical infrastructure costs. The Client remains solely responsible for assessing suitability, obtaining independent professional advice, and complying with all applicable laws of its own jurisdiction and the destination corridor.
§ 04
Quotes returned by the comparison engine and the/api/public/quote endpoint are indicative of market conditions at the moment of generation and remain valid only for the quote window displayed at point-of-origin (typically 30–120 seconds). Foreign-exchange markets are inherently volatile: rates may move materially between quote acceptance and instruction-handover to the executing provider. Where movement exceeds the absorbed-spread threshold disclosed in §04.2, the Platform reserves the right to re-quote the instruction or, at the Client’s option, cancel and return source funds gross of platform fees. The total price displayed at quote time is the only amount payable; no surcharges outside the quoted total will be applied.
§ 05
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Atlas Logica AI to any Client arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is capped at the platform fees actually paid by that Client to Atlas Logica AI in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Atlas Logica AI is not liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages; (ii) loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data; (iii) acts, omissions or insolvencies of third-party providers, beneficiary banks, or correspondent intermediaries; (iv) destination corridor holds, sanctions screening delays, or regulatory blocks; (v) losses arising from inaccurate counterparty data supplied by the Client; or (vi) force-majeure events, internet outages, or upstream API failures.
§ 06
The Platform is restricted to legally constituted businesses operating within sanctioned commercial categories. Consumer remittance, gambling, sanctioned counterparties, and flows restricted under UK, EU, or destination-corridor regulation are prohibited. Either party may terminate on written notice; open instructions in flight will be completed or refunded gross of platform fees. Audit logs are retained per the schedule disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
§ 07
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.
