Atlas Logica AI is the autonomous orchestration layer above licensed payment institutions in each corridor we serve. Settlement is always performed by regulated third parties — a Pan-African VASP for African payouts, a CNBV-supervised partner in LATAM and licensed digital-EMI / aggregator partners across Asia. These commercial integrations are currently in active negotiation and named to institutional counterparties under NDA.
Atlas Logica does not take custody of client funds and does not hold an FX book — capital moves directly through the regulated partner stack. Initial UK launch will operate as agent of an FCA-authorised principal EMI while our own FCA application progresses. Every transfer is screened for sanctions, PEP and beneficiary risk before the routing engine commits to a path, and every settlement returns a signed, immutable, audit-ready file.

For decades, the price of moving money into emerging markets was set by whichever bank held the relationship — not by the cheapest viable path. Hidden FX spreads, layered correspondent fees and manual quoting added cost at every hop. Most businesses simply accepted it as the price of doing global business.
Atlas Logica was built on a different observation: the infrastructure has already changed. Local payment systems in Lagos, São Paulo, Manila and Mumbai are now faster and cheaper than the chains routing capital into them. The bottleneck is no longer the rails — it is the decision of which rail to use, on which transaction, at which moment.
We rebuilt that decision as a neural routing engine. It continuously prices every live corridor across modern digital settlement and verified banking partners, then commits each transaction to the cheapest path that meets the client's compliance, speed and reliability constraints. The savings are not a discount we negotiate — they are the structural result of letting autonomous orchestration, not relationships, choose the route.
